NTU ODAC Foot '08 - Day -1

Haha this is a backdated post which took place on 4th July 2008

Its that Jasmine lar ! if not for her tag I will be so Nua~~ and Lazy~~~ to do a post on it.

Day -1 was pre-camp briefing for Freshies !!! The place was suppose to be at Esplanade Linkway lar, but then dunno which "Kukunaden" barricade the whole middle section and we are left with a small place. Bo bian lor have to use the area outside Esplanade.

Foot Comm was designated at various exits to direct the freshies to the area, and I was posted to be with Jingchu and SWT (Secretary, Welfare, Treasurer) Jasmine, Liping + Ghim Yan + Jean. It was so nice ! cos got sofa seats and air con ...... errr hump ! and lots of nice ladies walking around haha. It was basically just sitting around and talking lar, waiting for the first freshie to come.

Qing Yong called me lor to inform me that the first freshie was to come to my area in 5-10 sec. Ah ya its a guy lar, wat Orange Color shirt with Jeans, thats so off my expectation lor. Wah after the first one came, registration became haywired as ppl just crowd around as we desperately try to find their names on the name list and check particulars.


Heng I was used to crowd confusion lor (as always happened at my Parent's Stall). The main thing is to get the freshies to check and pay asap and get them out to the GLs to ease the situation.

There was some ice breaker games which the individual OG played, haha I joined as well. I joined Castor !!! cos I was from Caskas last year ! Haha I love lame ice breaker games man, like Tuki tuki etc.
Briefing starts @ 1930 hrs, where Mike and Weiling welcomed the freshies and introduced Foot Comm to the freshies. Wah that was the first time I felt of my position in ODAC sia, haha as in like so REAL !

So it was like Cheering, Playing and Photo-taking for the rest of the time, haha and some pre-SP scouting by us~~~Sat will be banner making day !
