NTU firelight was kindaf special this year, cos I was a Group Leader with Melissa this time round !!!
It was also the first working experience with ODAC Transition Comm. Talking bt it, I really felt very proud to be part of the team and want to thank Wei Si and Jovin for giving me a chance~~yea Hey!~
Ok actually when I post this it has been like 3 weeks before Firelight, but I still want to blog bt it cos I really felt that the trip was a very nice experience for beginners who nv go Pulau Ubin before.
Like last year, this year Firelight rained for quite a long while, so it was quite cooling and moist trekking. The highest point of Ubin is still so Magical !!! I like dark cloudy sky and standing on a tall height ... its an undescribeable feel of the world.
Ke Rui just looks super farny lar. Its super cool to have such seniors in the group like, like Pei Fen, Pei Qin etc, really brings up the spirits.
The campsite was the same this year too, at Noordin Beach. Kaoz ... I slipped and fell when I went to the sea to wash stuff, the beach is very weird !!! Its super slippery with swamp like stuff. Think the water there sucks big time.
At night, it was night walk again !!! Last year I still rem I had a fun time walking with Esther (*cheeky smile), this year it was nothing new sia haha it was just a normal walk. Wat a difference.
Morning came, and it was Chek Java. They actually tot of scraping it this year !!! Heng ar, they provided me with the option of consulting the freshies whether they want. Chek Java is nice !!! Really cannot miss the "Highlight" of Firelight lor !
Anyway the most fun part is go back sch wash tent after camp ... wah really something I nv try before *sob.
