ODAC Foot '09 Sub Comm !!!

Ladies & Gentlemen + Ah Guas,

May I present to you, Foot Comm '09 !!!

After 2 days of intensive interview of potential candidates by Melissa and me, we finally came out with the line up of sub commers whom we see the potential and experience needed to contribute to Foot '09.

There was only so-so amount of ppl coming for interview lar, total only 26. Wah but some of them really show some potential leadership, especially day 1, we took in 8 out of 11 candidates.

It was SO FUN !!! I really look forward to this day for so long !!! I thinking having a sub comm is the Happiest Thing on Earth man (*haha Iffah u no sub comm~~~) I think as SPOs we really have a duty to look after their welfare and make them feel cosy.

Haha well the deconflicting session was peaceful ar, especially Pumpfest and us, win-win situation. although its not perfect, but its still promising. Optismistic attitude keeps the world running.

There are 2 issues which have been affecting me these few days, and its kindaf make me vexed and makes my decision hard to make.

So I wanna let off steam abit, dun read if it might change ur impression of me k.

1st issue.

朋友﹐我真的不知道你到底在盤旋些什麼 ...

常言道 "良禽擇木而栖"﹐難道 Foot 09 這麼不為你所動嗎 ?
雖然說 "人各有志"﹐但以形勢來看﹐與其成為大塘小魚﹐何不滿于小塘大魚呢 ?
閣下才能價值在於 FOOT ‘09﹐可惜當局者迷。
奉勸友人﹐知人知彼﹐知彼方才是上上之策啊。

在期限盡頭的時刻﹐朋友您令俺品嘗到了無限的失望與不惑。
有言﹐"蘇州過河沒船搭"﹐大勢已定也到了塵埃落定的地步。
但友人的不得志令您自己失落﹐也對 Foot 感到了愧疚。

俺沉思許刻﹐也猶記友人您對 ODAC 的漢心。
今納入友人於俺的陣容﹐並不是憐憫之意或情勢所需﹐而是給予友人一個機遇。
友人切記﹐世間無人是無可或缺的﹐月轉星移的定律是不變的。
不是俺需要您﹐或 Foot 需要您﹐而是您自身要堅定的為 Foot 作出貢獻。

敬告友人﹐人的價值是努力和定力的結晶﹐好好干吧 !
